The ZCS G54 Series is a smart locker solution for secure storage and controlled distribution of textiles, linen, consumables, tools, and personal belongings.

Designed for healthcare, hospitality, industry, and public environments, G54 improves organization, security, and stock visibility. Depending on the model, it uses RFID-UHF technology, weight sensors, or access-controlled compartments to detect item removal and update inventory in real time.

Users log in via badge, RFID card, or smartphone app. Each access is recorded, and compartments open one at a time to ensure controlled and traceable withdrawals. The 10-inch touchscreen interface makes operations simple and intuitive.

The modular structure (Primary and Secondary modules) allows flexible layouts with adjustable boxes, suitable for uniforms, flat linen, kits, PPE, tools, or personal items. Configurations can be adapted to different workflows and space requirements.

Available versions:

G54 RFID – Uses internal RFID antennas to detect tagged items. Ideal for full garment traceability and quota management.

G54 Scale System – Uses integrated weight sensors to track removed quantities. Perfect for flat linen or bulk consumables.

G54 Locker – Access-controlled compartments for secure storage of personal belongings or equipment.

All models provide real-time inventory visibility, eliminate manual counting, and reduce errors. Optional features include LTE connection, app access (iOS/Android), credit systems, door and capacity sensors, and custom design.
